The commission for every sale goes into your partner balance in the Redfox Cloud system.

Withdraw whenever you want
You transfer the accumulated amount to your company account. The more clients you bring, the larger the payout. Please note: the minimum payout is €50.

Frequently asked questions
How is the commission calculated?
The percentage is taken from the value of the client's purchase and is paid once. For web hosting, Cloud PRO and KVM VPS the rate is 15%, and for dedicated servers 10%.
When and how do I get the money?
The commission builds up in your partner balance in the Redfox Cloud system. You can transfer the accumulated amount to your company account. You can see the balance and every sale on the partner page in the control panel.
Do you compete with us for development work?
No. We do not take development work from partner clients, and if a client asks us we point them back to the partner. This is written into the partnership agreement.
What does priority in urgent cases mean?
Partners have direct contact with our team rather than the general support queue. When your client's project is down, your request is handled as a priority.
Who migrates existing projects?
We do, and the first migrations are free. All we need from you is access and a time for the DNS switch.
Can the partnership be ended?
Yes, the agreement sets out how it is ended. You withdraw the commission accumulated in your balance. Please note: the minimum balance that can be paid out is €50.
