This is maturity rather than novelty: the Xeon platform has been proven in server rooms for years, and RAID1 means data is written to two drives at once — if one fails, the server keeps running.

Network speed is 1 Gbps with unmetered traffic. In practice that is more than enough for a website, a blog, a medium-traffic online store, an internal company system, or a development and testing environment.
