Automatic payments and updated Terms and Conditions

Redfox Cloud has updated its payment system. From now on services can be renewed automatically, and an updated version of the General Terms and Conditions comes into force at the same time.

Updated 3 August 2026

Until now every renewal required a separate action from the Customer: signing in to the dashboard and making a payment. With automatic payments in place this step is no longer necessary. The fee is charged to the payment method saved in the account and the provision of the Service is not interrupted.

Below are the key points. All provisions are set out in the updated Terms and Conditions.

When the renewal fee is charged

The timing of the charge depends on the type of service:

Web hosting, Cloud PRO, KVM VPS, game servers 3 days before expiry
Dedicated servers 5 days before expiry
Domains up to 30 days before expiry

A longer period applies to domains because it is set by the domain registries themselves. The invoice is issued after successful payment and made available in the dashboard.

Notice before every payment

We notify you by email in advance of every upcoming charge, stating the service, the exact amount and the payment date.

Managing it in your dashboard

Customers can switch automatic renewal off at any time on their own, in the Payments section of the dashboard or in the renewal window of the relevant service. No reason needs to be given and no fees apply.

For the cancellation to take effect for the current period, it must be carried out at least 24 hours before the payment date. Once the feature is switched off, the service continues to be provided until the end of the paid period and can be renewed manually.

For services ordered earlier

For services ordered before the dashboard update, automatic renewal does not apply. It starts to apply only once the Customer adds a payment method in the dashboard themselves.

If a payment fails

An expired card or insufficient funds can happen to anyone. In that case the charge is retried a few more times over the following days and the Customer is notified by email.

If the fee cannot be charged before the end of the period, the service is suspended, but the data is kept for a further 7 calendar days. Settling the outstanding amount within this time restores the service. After this period the data is deleted permanently.

A separate procedure applies to dedicated servers: they may be wiped immediately after their expiry date.
